Problem:
Nothing looks right. Nothing loads correctly,
and my browser keeps crashing.
Solutions: First of all, try downloading the
latest web browser. Chances are you have Netscape 3 or Internet
Explorer 3 or below. Click

Explorer download page.
These browsers work for both Windows and
Macintosh. You may need to do a little extra surfing to find
the correct version. If you have probems, email
the webmaster.

Player 4.0 or above. This is a free
download and should only take ten minutes
